BULLET FINANCE SERVICES
About Us
Bullet Finance Services was established on a strong industry foundation built by finance veteran Wayne Joliffe, who continues to provide strategic guidance in the background. Today, the company is led by Managing Director and sole broker, Blake Perry.
After honing his skills at a multi-time National Broker of the Year firm, Blake took the reins to deliver a more direct, hands-on approach to the lending space. As the dedicated point of contact from application to settlement, Blake leverages extensive market experience to get the deal across the line.
Whether securing sharp residential rates, funding complex commercial developments, or arranging rapid private settlements, Bullet Finance Services does the heavy lifting. Blake cuts through the red tape to provide a fast, painless, and highly personalised experience tailored exactly to each client's financial goals.

What is a mortgage broker?
It is the job of a mortgage broker to guide their clients through the entire bank loan process.
A mortgage broker uses exclusive bank calculators and simulators and understands how to maximise your loan amount.
Mortgage brokers can provide expertise on industry terms such as:
-
Variable vs. Fixed interest rates
-
Positive & Negative gearing
-
Low-doc loans
-
Pre-approvals
-
LVR (Loan to Value Ratio)
-
P&I vs. Interest Only
What Sets Bullet Finance Apart From The Rest?
-
We do not charge any brokerage fees to the client, we are solely paid by the lender.
-
We are accredited with a large suite of lenders which enables us to find more competitive rates than most brokers.
-
We can provide you with a lower rate than you can get yourself - even with your own bank!
-
Loan structuring is one of our specialties! e.g. split loans & refinancing.
How do mortgage brokers get paid?
On the successful outcome of a loan, the lenders pay a commission to us, fully disclosed to you.
You don't pay us!
